I almost can’t believe it.
Today I made a perfect filet mignon. After years of fear of the steak, I have done it!
It tasted just like Lawry’s and my favorite chef thought it was better than theirs.
As a foodie I am over the moon and humbled, that all that work and burnt, terrible food is now deliciousness on a plate.
Thank you GOD! I feel so free!! No more burnt food!

- Veggies: green beans and corn
- Steak: seared on top of stove cooked on oven for 10 minutes
